Users experienced issues with system slowness and the inability to login to their account. We have scaled up our servers which has increased the performance of the application which has now resolved the issue.

Our service provider, Microsoft Azure, is having issues with their Network Infrastructure translating to our products experiencing connectivity issues to their services.
