Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:
Provide professional telephone support service to our customers by establishing cordial communications;
Take appropriate measures to diagnose issues and provide technical support;
Assist customers in adequately using our solutions via online coaching sessions;
Other related duties assisting our customers and providing superior service.
Requirements:
  • English written and spoken ESSENTIAL
  • French written and spoken (an asset)
  • Experience in customer service and/or call center (an asset)
  • Good listening and strong communication skills
  • Efficiency, accuracy and ease to handle multiple computer applications
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment;
  • Team spirit and ability to work under pressure efficiently and positively;
  • Great autonomy and ease of adaptation;
  • Initiative, organization and excellent management skills regarding time and priorities
Other information:

Several positions available: full time (possibility of part time)
Working hours: Flexible schedules.
